and his son Korbinian who is now his “Betriebsleiter” the man that organizes the company…. when his papa is again caught up in servicing the company coffee machines, which happens very often as this device gets used a lot by his team of 50 employees. My special thanks to Korbinian who showed almost super-human endurance in weekly correspondence with the certifying body for over a year…. certainly with more patience that I would ever be able to bring to such matter
