Dear Friends

I am glad that I can announce to you that after almost 2 years of hard work the Health Navigator

has been approved as a medical device in the European Union 93/42/EEC. We are in the process

of following this up in other countries as well and now that we have this precedence that will be going

much easier.

This was certainly a TOUR-DE-PATIENCE and endurance …. I will tell you the details next week, but for

now lets celebrate. This is the first device of its kind that has been approved for a very wide field of

application and that by a GERMAN certifying authority that certainly follows the law to the point.
