When you want to e-mail reports it is necessary to use compressed versions

you can select this here

When selecting Export/PDF

and then changing the the image quality to Medium

Certainly you want to customize your reports with your logo or business card

for that you GOTO File/options/Report

and then browse to your business card or logo file

and then your Report looks like this
